Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order was received and that your payment method has been pre-authorized. We then verify product availability with our suppliers.

If an item is in stock, your payment will be processed, and the order will be submitted for shipment.

If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you promptly.
Orders are processed and shipped according to each manufacturer’s schedule, packaging standards, and carrier selection. Lead times vary and may change without notice. For lead time estimates before ordering, please contact us at 567-372-2799 or support@olympianindustrial.com
Built-to-Order Items
If an item is marked “Built-to-Order,” we will confirm the manufacturer’s lead time with you before charging your payment method.

If the quoted lead time does not meet your needs and production has not begun, we will void the pre-authorization and cancel the order.

Once manufacturing has started, the order cannot be canceled, and charges will be processed.
Order Shipment
If the item is in stock and payment has been processed, it will typically ship within five business days.
You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@olympianindustrial.com
We currently ship within the United States. Limited exceptions may apply where checkout is available.
Shipping Times
We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Shipping estimates are based on information provided by manufacturers and carriers and may change due to supply chain delays or carrier constraints.

Orders over $2,000 qualify for free shipping on eligible items within the 48 contiguous states.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all deliveries before signing the delivery receipt.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged:
Customers are responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier. We will assist and advocate on your behalf. If damage is confirmed, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
If you believe your order is lost in transit, notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If the shipment cannot be located within two weeks of carrier notification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
